Each parish council has been sent a $75.00 statement of Annual Administration Fee. Payment of this fee enables all members of your council to attend the convention free of any other registration charges. Please note that this administration fee must be paid before your council registers for convention.

Presidents, please ensure that the memberships for your council have been submitted to the National Office in Winnipeg before registering for the convention.

Presidents, please invite your Spiritual Advisor to join you at the Presidents' and Spiritual Advisor's Dinner Meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Friday evening at the Delta. It would be wonderful if your spiritual advisor could stay to concelebrate the Opening Mass with Bishop Bergie at St. Mark Church in Kitchener. Many spiritual advisors like to attend the closing mass and banquet, please invite them along.

As you can see in the brochure, we have interesting speakers and I am sure that you will be pleased with them. The Saturday night entertainment will celebrate Christmas in May. Betty Anne Brown, National council 1st Vice President and Margaret Ann Jacobs, the Provincial President have accepted our invitation to attend.

Please encourage your members to come, learn, celebrate and share fellowship with their League sisters. I remind you that this is a perfume free convention, many of our members suffer from allergies and respiratory problems.

Since this is an election year, please remember to bring your council’s choice of nominations for election.
